Licor 43
1oz/30ml
Coffee liqueur
1oz/30ml, preferably Mr Black Spirits
Espresso coffee
1oz/30ml, preferably Peruvian
Green apples
1/2 cup/120ml, pureed
Tiki bitters
2 dashes
Vodka
2oz/60ml
Parmesan cheese
grated, to taste
Cinnamon powder
to taste

Step 01

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients.

Step 02

Muddle and shake with ice.

Step 03

Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and cinnamon powder.
