Nachos with Cheddar Cheese and Jalapeño Peppers Recipe
Tortilla Chips: 400 g (1 bag)
Cheddar: 350 g, shredded or grated
Jalapeños: 6 pickled, drained and sliced
Olives: 75 g, sliced, drained
Salsa: 225 g

First preheat the oven to 180º C.
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips along the bottom of a large, shallow, ovenproof platter.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the top of chips.
Sprinkle half of the sliced jalapeño peppers over the cheese.
Repeat the process with another layer of chips, cheese and peppers.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbly and melted.
Carefully remove the platter from the oven.
Sprinkle with olives over the nachos and serve with dollops of salsa scattered around the edges of the platter.
