Thai Shrimp With Lettuce And Coriander
A nice appetizer for a summer dinner, this lettuce wraps recipe with a shrimp filling is a Thai food light and easy to prepare

ingredients
Sesame oil
30 ml
King prawns
500 g, ready to cook
Coriander
1 handful chopped leaves
Garlic
1 clove, finely chopped
Lime juice
from 1 lime
Salt
To taste
Pepper
To taste, freshly ground
Honey
5 ml
Lettuce
1
Coriander
Lime wedges
Preparation
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides for 2 minutes.
Add the coriander and garlic and briefly fry together.
Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the honey.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and add the prawn mixture.
Serve garnished with coriander and lime wedges.
