Thai Banana Leaves with Meatball Stuffing

Tofu
800 g
Soy sauce
Meat
500 g, mixed beef and pork minced
Chili pepper
1, finely chopped
Ginger
1 tsp, grated
Garlic
1 clove, finely chopped
Banana leaves

Preparation
Cut the tofu into 24 cubes and marinate in plenty of soy sauce for about 30 minutes.
Mix the minced meat with the chilli, ginger and garlic.
Season with a little soy sauce and form into 12 balls.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) gas Grease a baking dish.
Place a meatball in the center of each banana leaf, put a cube of tofu on either side and wrap the banana leaf around them.
Secure with cocktail sticks and place in the baking dish.
Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
