Sweet potatoes
800g/28.2 oz, thinly sliced
Oil
1 tbsp
Rosemary
1 tbsp, chopped
Ketchup

Method

Step 01

Fry the potatoes in the hot oil.

Step 02

Remove with a slotted spoon and pat dry with kitchen towel to remove any excess grease.

Step 03

Toss thoroughly in salt and rosemary to season.

Step 04

Serve with ketchup.
