Ivan Della Nave

Born in 1994, Ivan Della Nave was fascinated by art and passionate about photography from a very young age. Drawn to beauty, he's a true aesthete.

As a young man he began learning the secrets of the bar trade, and keeping guests happy, without ever losing sight of quality as a goal. To this day, he has studied the art of mixology, discovering the elegance and perfect balance of the classics, while researching and experimenting with new flavour combinations.

Currently, he's living his dream, as the owner and barman of the historic Louis Armstrong Lounge Bar, a cosy, refined and characterful location with an added hint of eclectic extravagance, where quality cocktails are served, and the motto is 'drink better, not more'.
