There’s been a number of technique offered up for the best way to cut the slippery fruit but the one offered up in the video below is entirely new. He first chops the mongo in half then runs each half down the side of a sturdy glass, quickly releasing the fruit from the skin. We’re not saying this is the best technique but it seems quick and efficient, especially for home consumption. Take a look.
