Opinionated About Dining - an online survey site that gives hardcore gourmands the chance to fill in surveys about the experiences they have had in restaurants - has published a list of the 100 Best U.S. Restaurants.
It’s compiled from over 160,000 reviews that have been contributed by over 4,500 people who registered to rake the survey.
They also compile lists of the top 100 European restaurants but for now have published their selection of the best restaurants in The States.
Saison in San Franisco with chef Joshua Skenes, which received a third Michelin in 2015 and was picked as The One to Watch at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony in 2014, came out on top of the list. He was followed by Blaine Wetzel from the Willows Inn restaurant on Lummi Island and chef Masayoshi Takayama from Urasawa in New York which came in third.
