The team say they have tried to improve the Moka, working with the designer Joey Roth to rework the design of the 80 year old contraption. The new design uses an aeropress filter which the company say helps brew a sweet and nuanced drink. The Moka is also fitted with a cork handle that allows people to simply pour the drink when it’s ready - a simple and sleek design.
