The Beer Brewed with Brains

If you’re a fan of the TV show The Walking Dead then you may appreciate the opportunity being offered by one brewing company who have created their very own beer for the show.

Called Dock Street Walker the beer is an American Pale Stout that’s brewed with wheats, oats, flaked barley, organic cranberry and, wait for it, brains - smoked goat’s brain to be precise.

The company describe their beer as having a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a slight tartness from the cranberry and subtle smokey flavours given by the brains.

Unfortunately you can’t order a bottle online at moment so if you want to try you’ll have to head down to the Dock Street Brewery in Philadelphia. The launch of the spooky brew will coincide with the last episode of The Walking Dead on March 30th.
