The MAD Symposium have released another video from this year's event in which American chef David Kinch who runs the Manresa restaurant in California and Cynthia Sandberg who runs the Love Apple Farm, where Kinch gets most of his produce, discuss their unique partnership.
FDL spoke with Kinch at the begining of 2013 about the unique partnership that sees a huge percentage of Manresa stock sourced directly from Sanberg's farm.

In their speech at MAD the pair talk about some of the challenges this type of working partnership can bring and how it took 'Guts' to make it happen. They also offer up tips to other restaurant owners and chefs on how they can make similar partnerships with producers and farmers in their area.
