Daniel Boulud has been making nothing but history since he opened his eponymous restaurant in New York City 20 years ago. The acclaimed chef is celebrating two decades of cooking in the Big Apple by publishing of his cookbook Daniel: My French Cuisine.
A must-have for lovers of French food, the cookbook is co-authored by Sylvie Bigar and contains 75 of the chef's signature recipes expertly photographed by Thomas Schauer. The chef has also thrown in 12 of his favorite casual home recipes.
Aside from ganinig knowledge of Boulud's culinary wizardry, readers will enjoy essay contributions from Bill Buford on subjects like French bread and cheese. The book will debut on October 15th.
