Lovers of caviar are in for a real treat at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The hotel is offering an all-you-can-eat caviar station for just $37.99, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
Diners can feast on a neverending supply of caviar on Fridays and Saturdays during regular buffet hours from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hotel reportedly offers black American sturgeon caviar, salmon roe or red flying fish tobiko caviar.
Sounds like a foodie's dream come true. But what about the ocassional glutton who shows up expecting to eat a bowl of caviar?
Chefs will be on hand to serve caviar in small bites, such as a garnish for blinis and mini waffles. That means diners can enjoy a limitless amount of portion-controlled caviar. Afterall, a 2-oz jar of California white sturgeon caviar sells for $145.
