The rap star 50 Cent has just launched his very own fitness and diet book called Formula 50 which focuses on a high protein diet and the use of metabolic resistance training (a way of accelerating fat loss while building muscle and improving overall fitness).
Working alongside the health journalist Jeff O'Connell and Joe Dowdell from Peak Performance Gyms the rapper says he hopes to help others with his new book.
It's full of dietary advice and fitness plans taken directly from some of 50's personal work outs and offers a six week work out plan that the rapper says will "transform your life".
