Oprah Winfrey's appetite extends beyond her media empire. The multi-talented mogul is launching her own line of organic foods and products.
The New York Post reports several applications have been filed in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Organization. One application was for Oprah's Organics, a brand that will include organic salad dressings, frozen vegetables, soups, beverages and snack dips. The line will also cover bath soaps, sunscreen, massage oils and hair produtcs.
Applications for Oprah’s Farm, the name for a beverage and catering service, and Oprah’s Harvest were also submitted for this fall.
The trademarks for Oprah's Farm will enable Winfrey, who owns a large farm on Maui, to grow and distribute produce there and throughout the rest of the Hawaiian Islands, a rep for Winfrey told the New York Post.
