The first fine dining 24 hour restaurant in London is to open and will be aimed at bankers and those people who want high quality food in London at strange hours of the day.
The restaurant, The Duck & Waffle, is part of the Sushi Samba chain and will offer a wide ranging menu that changes throughout the day. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late night menus will all be catered for with food that varies across a broad European and British influence.
The idea is to build the restaurant to show off the skills of those who work their with chefs and cocktail makers on full display to reveal the tips and tricks needed to prepare their food and drinks.
The restaurants which aims the way people look at late night dining in London will open in August in the Heron Tower in Bishop's Gate London.
