During the 'Lunch Time' session, customers will be able eat à la carte, while two satellite spaces – La Plancha and La Barra – will serve small dishes in front of the customers. There will also be a cocktail selection based on ideas from elBulli.

After lunch, the kitchen will remain open, transforming into a more informal and festive atmosphere known as 'Afternoon Drinks' (or 'tardeo' in Spanish), allowing guests to 'celebrate' during mid-afternoon with good drinks, food and music.

While ElBarri - the group founded by Albert Adrià along with the Iglesias brothers - was dissolved last year as a result of the pandemic, Enigma, which first opened in 2016, was the Catalan chef's only project to survive, and will be the only place to enjoy the chef's creations.
