Ginger
10g (1 tsp) minced ginger
Pumpkin
220g (1 cup) roasted or pureed pumpkin
White miso
35g (1.5 tbs)
Chicken stock
235g (1 cup)
Maple syrup
10g (2 tsp)
To Garnish
Olive oil
Parsley
Black pepper

Step 01

Purée all ingredients.

Step 02

Heat on a medium heat in a saucepan.

 

Step 03

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olive oil, parsley and black pepper.
