Seated around a comfortable bar, guests will have an unobstructed view of the kitchen, where chef Timo Fritsche will transform the daily harvest into fine-dining menus with nine to twelve courses. Giuseppe Lo Vasco will take care of the front of house.
Speaking about the new venture, Caminada said: "Now it is the right time for us to open a place like Oz. If you deal with issues like climate and animal welfare, then you also have to take on responsibility."
