Alinea Delivers Valentine's Day Dinner Nationwide

Grant Achatz and his three-Michelin-starred Alinea team are sharing the love this Valentine's Day, with a five-course tasting menu available for delivery throughout the US.

The menu riffs on all the usual Valentine's day favourites, like caviar, scallops and beef, and naturally closes with chocolate and flowers, sprinkled with Alinea magic. It comes in at $105 per person, with a $19.95 two-day shipping fee. See the menu in full below.

Achatz and his team have consistently re-invented their themselves throughout the pandemic, riding the crest of the wave and pivoting from the offset with sell-out comfort food, like braised short-rib wellington, celebration dishes, bento boxes and seafood platters.

• Smoked Squash Soup: Yellow Curry, Crab, Coconut
• Diver Scallops: Périgord Black Truffle, Onion Ring, Orzo
• Ribeye of American Beef: Wild Mushroom Tart, Cherry Bordelaise, Parsnips
• Dessert on Your Table: Milk Chocolate, Roses, Raspberry, Lychee
