S.Pellegrino Young Chef is launching a survey, in collaboration with Fine Dining Lovers, to collect the opinions of professional chefs in response to the above question, and the pressing challenges that they face in the world of catering today. 

Considering the great difficulties facing the hospitality sector due to Covid-19, today more than ever, being a chef requires a hugely diverse skill set, and the ability to tackle many different business areas, from marketing and business management, to managing new technologies and effective communication.
