The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi kick starts its Guest Chef Series with chef Eelke and his team from Locavore taking over the luxury resort's The Beach Grill Bar and Grill from 20 to 22 February 2020.
On 20 and 21 February, guests at the stunning Beach Side Grill will be treated to a unique dining experience and an exclusive menu curated by chef Eelke and his team. Each dish showcasing his artfully presented, meticulously prepared and utterly delicious locally sourced ingredients.
Eelke has become widely acclaimed for his Bali based Locavore restaurant featured on Asia's 50 Restaurant list where he and his team work closely with local farmers to supply an ingredient-driven menu.
Cocktail Masterclass
Cocktail fans will also have the chance to join in during the three-day experience, the 22 of February, when head bartender, Raka of The Night Rooster showcases his cocktails at Horizon with a special masterclass for the guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi to create their own signature cocktails.
