Twins Science Festival: the future of gastronomy in Moscow
Science, education and integration of the modern technologies into the restaurant structure were the main topics at the international festival Twins Science in Moscow, founded by brothers Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy and held last 7 and 8 November in Moscow at Twins Garden restaurant.
The result was a couple of days full of dinners, speeches, round tables (including one about “The significance of Terroir in Gastronomy” organized by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna), masterclasses, lectures, discussions and an incredible number of reviews from the guests of the festival, coming from all around the world.
There were some surprises for the guests and for Berezutskiy brothers themselves.Twins Science was opened with the video instruction of legendary Ferran Adrià and was closed with the appeal of the one of the most creative chefs of the modernity - Heston Blumenthal.
Also the unique opportunity to learn from outstanding people such as Bob Holmes, Harold McGee, Oriol Castro, Mitsuharu Tsumura, Massimiliano Alajmo and others for free was much appreciated from all the attendants.
