The World’s Best Vineyards 2020

The Argentine winery Zuccardi Valle de Uco was crowned The World's Best Vineyard for the second consecutive year for its "high-altitude wines made with precision". Bodega Garzón in Uruguay came second again, and was praised as a leader in sustainability, while the Chilean winery Montes appears at number four. In total there are 20 South American wineries in the top 20. The best vineyard in Europe is Domäne Wachau in Austria, which produces Grüner Veltliner white wines.
