Thai Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Scallion: 4
Garlic: 2 cloves
Chili pepper: 2 red
Ginger: 1 tsp, fresh, peeled and grated
Soy sauce: 300 ml
Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp

Method
01.
Remove the roots and ragged tops from the scallions.
02.
Rinse and slice into long, very narrow strips (approximately 3 cm).
03.
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
04.
Rinse the chili peppers and slice them in half.
05.
Remove the seeds and ribs and slice into strips.
06.
Mix together the peppers, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil and honey.
