Poppadoms with Rosemary

Ingredients

Yeast: 10 g, easy bake

All purpose flour: 500 g

Salt: 1 tsp

Olive oil: 8 tbsp

Rosemary: 1 bunch, finely chopped

Method
01.

To prepare poppadom recipe, start sprinkling the yeast over the flour and salt.

Mix in 250 ml lukewarm water and 5 tbsp olive oil into a bowl and knead to a pliable dough.

It should not stick to the bowl.

Cover and put in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

Mix the rosemary with 3 tbsp olive oil.

Turn the dough on to a floured working surface and knead, but not too heavily.

Then form into a roll approximately 5 cm diameter.

Now cut off equal-sized pieces with a knife and roll each one out quite thinly on plenty of flour.

Heat a large non-stick skillet (not too hot) and fry one after the other on both sides until crisp.

Brush lightly with the rosemary oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Cool the poppadoms on a rack.

Continue in this way until all the dough is used up.

Serve the poppadoms and enjoy!
