Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1/4 tsp butter
Big pinch of salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 01
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Step 02
Stir the yolks with a fork and season them generously with salt.
Step 03
Place a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and melt the butter in it.
Step 04
Pour the yolks into the pan and let them cook until they are dry around the edges but the top still looks wet.
Step 05
Roll the omelette with a spatula. Transfer to a plate and season with more salt and pepper.
