Mathilde is the senior editor for FineDiningLovers in France. After having studied foreign languages in England and Spain, she came back to France to get her master’s degree in journalism, with the aim to become a food journalist. Passionate about gastronomy, she also get her professional qualification in cuisine in Paris. Since then, she worked for many french magazines like Vital Food, My Cuisine, but also did recipe videos for Marmiton. In 2017, she published her first cookcook, “Gastronogeek : 37 recettes de séries cultes” with Hachette Editions. Since 2015, Mathilde travels all around France to find the best chefs, producers and restaurants for FineDiningLovers.
