S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino May 2016

S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is officially underway with a series of Michelin star studded chef dinners celebrating 10 years of the event, which began on April 4th and will come to a grand finale on June 9th.

Following a spectacular opening with huge three Michelin starred dinners, not least of all with Massimo Bottura at the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona, the special evenings are only just getting started. As chef Bottura said during the presentation for the tenth anniversary, S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is getting big.

The next tranche of unmissable events include, Women's Night, an evening dedicated to female chefs, with Chef Luisa Valazza, and an evening dedicated to the Young Chefs with some familiar faces from the last edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef: Mark Moriarty, Paul Clamps, Martin Elschnerr and Francesco Sangalli.

17th May - Metamorphosis, Lugano

For an evening dedicated entirely to women's enogastronomy head to Ristorante Metamorphosis in Lugano where the two Michelin star chef Luisa Valazza (Ristorante Al Sorriso, Soriso) will prepare a special menu exclusively for an all female audience.

18th May - Seven Restaurant, Lugano

An evening dedicated to young talent S.Pellegrino Young Chef, the global talent scouting event for young chefs under 30.

Chef Luca Orini, from Seven the Restaurant in Lugano, will host the young Irishman Mark Moriarty, winner of the 2015 edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef, along with Martin Elschnerr (Swiss winner), Paolo Griffa (Italian winner) and Francesco Sangalli (best dessert of the Swiss final).
