We've heard of Gwyneth Paltrow's favorite Pu-erh tea at FDL HQ but never poo-erh, until now that is. A Chinese businessman has developed what is being pitched as the world's most expensive tea, grown and harvested within panda poo.
An Yanshi has purchased around 11 tones of panda excrement to harvest his tea in the mountains of Sichuan, Southwestern China, and will charge around $35,000 for only 500 grams of tea.
The tea is not yet available so we're waiting for a taste test at FDL HQ before we rush out to buy any just yet.
