Does your country rank number one in alcohol consumption? If you live in the United States or across the pond in the United Kingdom you may be surprised to know you don't even rank in the top 10.
So where do the biggest drinkers in the world live? That would be Lithuania where locals drink over 14 liters of booze per year.
Estonians ranked second in booziness while France, the Czech Republic and Ireland round out the top five, according to research from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCED).
So where does Russia rank? The Land of Vodka placed seventh on the list. You may be surprised to know that tequila-producing Mexico ranked 29th on the list which measured the annual sales of alcohol per liter for consumers 15 years of age and older.
The United Stated and the United Kingdom ranked 23rd and 17th, respectively.
