If you’re one of the thousands of people who missed out on a reservation to Rene Redzepi’s 2015 Noma pop-up in Japan, you may well have a second chance at snagging a ticket after the announcement that Redzepi and his team will be extended their stay in the country by two more weeks.
“We are happy to announce that Noma at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo will be extended for two more weeks due to overwhelming demand,” explains the Noma website.
Anyone already on the waiting list will receive first priority for the new tickets and after this registration will open for the remaining tickets on October 17th.
We spoke with Redzepi at the start of the year about the move to Japan with the chef explaining how the project has a big part to play in the future development of Noma.
More info regarding the new dates and tickets can be found on the Noma website.
