They're a great way of adding flair to your evening, alongside the tried and tested festive finger foods, and range from simple umami deliciousness, to technically challenging but rewarding.

With that in mind, we've rounded up some of the best snacks from Michelin-starred chefs, from easy Parmesan crackers, to more challenging crunchy chicken-skins filled with foie gras. Take your pick.
