The Michelin Guide has released its listing for Washington D.C. 2021, with one new two-star restaurant and four new one stars for the capital this year. The only three-star restaurant on the list, The Inn at Little Washington, received D.C.’s first Michelin green star.
Michelin is unveiling its listings for Washington D.C, Chicago and New York, despite most restaurants having been closed over the last year due to the global pandemic, in an online event called ‘Still Serving’.
