Smyth is the chef-owner of Core by Clare Smyth restaurant in London, her first solo venture, which was recently awarded three Michelin stars in the Great Britain and Ireland Michelin Guide 2021 after opening in 2017. Smyth has also been recognised as the World’s Best Female Chef by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
