The full list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, will be revealed on 27 March at the Wynn Palace Cotai in Macao and live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers at 8.45pm local time.

It will be the first time the prestigious S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna-sponsored event, which names the best restaurants and chefs across Asia, has taken place in Macao after it was originally staged in Singapore followed by Bangkok.
Last year's annual list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants (see it here) included restaurants from 12 different countries and 10 new entries in total. However, none were able to topple Bangkok restaurant Gaggan from the top which has held the title of The Best Restaurant in Asia for a record-breaking three consecutive years.

This year's programme will begin with a new edition of #50BestTalks on Monday 26 March 2018 at the Grand Ballroom, Wynn Macau Rua Cidade de Sintra, Nape, Macao.
Guests are invited to join top Asian chefs in a half-day forum of provocative discussions, inspiring presentations and live interviews all centered on the topic of ‘identity’ in Asian gastronomy.
Speakers include: André Chiang (recipient of The Diners Club® Lifetime Achievement Award 2018) of Raw in Taipei and Restaurant André in Singapore, Hiroe Higuchi of Shima Kanko in Japan Vijay Mudaliar of Native in Singapore Richie Lin, Kai Ward and Long Xiong of Mume in Taipei.
Special Awards
While waiting for the this year's list to be revealed, three key awards have already been announced.
Bongkoch "Bee" Satongun has been named as Asia's Best Female Chef 2018. André Chiang has been recognised for his contribution to the world of cooking with the Lifetime Achievement award 2018 and Toyo Eatery in Manila will be the 2018 recipient of the Miele One To Watch Award.
The recipients will collect their awards live at the ceremony on 27 March during the sixth annual Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony.
