Amazing 3D Plate Projections

We’ve already highlighted the amazing capabilities of the Scullmapping team who have created an augmented reality experience where diners watch a mini chef cooking food on their table.

The technology involved uses some clever image projection and the overall experience in the first video we published looked great. Now the team are back with another video of the wonderful technology in action.

Watch as the chef wows a group of diners by cooking up a classic Bouillabaisse dish.

We love this tech and think it’s going to lead to some really awesome dining experiences in the future.
