You don’t need to spend a ton of money or visit a Michelin-starred restaurant to enjoy a great burger. But, it’s always interesting to see how the world’s top chefs approach a classic – to find out how to cook burgers from the best.
Here then are five Michelin-starred chefs cooking burgers, from a classic cheeseburger to an exquisite patty of braised short rib stuffed with foie gras. Let some of the world’s top chefs show you how to cook burgers.

First up, Englishwoman in New York April Bloomfield makes a pretty close to perfect, double patty cheeseburger, taken from her appearance on The Mind of a Chef.
Mario Batali prepares pork burgers with mozzarella and acorn squash.
Also hitting the pork is Gordon Ramsay, with these smoky sliders with BBQ sauce.
Daniel Boulud goes full French – seven different cuts in the patty, which is stuffed with foie gras. This looks incredible.
