It’s hard to keep track of which foods are healthy to eat and which ones should be avoided – it just seems to change so much. One minute chocolate is your worst enemy and the next minute we’re being told it will rid the world of all illness.
There’s so much misinformation out there considering foods and what we should and shouldn’t be eating that it becomes it very difficult to make well informed choices.
