Try this easy and tasty pasta recipe that even Giacomo Casanova was craving for: macaroni with olive oil, lard and ricotta salata on the top
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the macaroni until they’re al dente. In the meantime, heat the olive oil and lard.
Drain the pasta, place in a serving plate and sprinkle with the warm condiment.
Then crumble the ricotta salata on top, add some freshly ground pepper, stir well and serve.
