Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

This lovely combination of strawberries, watermelon and balsamic vinegar makes a fun dessert. A touch of honey adds just the right amount of sweetness

- Watermelon 200 g
- Balsamic vinegar 20 ml
- Honey 5 ml
- Mint leaves 4

Preparation
Hull the strawberries and rinse them under cool water. Dry well. Slice in half and place inside a bowl.
With a melon baller, scoop out watermelon and add to the strawberries. Season with the balsamic vinegar and honey.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
