- Butter 100 g, in small cubes
- Honey 100 g

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and the butter cubes.
Knead the dough with your fingers until it’s “crumbly”.
Add the honey and knead well, until the batter is smooth and consistent.
Shape the batter using any kind of cookie cutter, making lots of little biscuits.
Add a pecan nut atop each one and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
