An easy oyster recipe shared by chef Magnus Nilsson, that mixed Nordic and New Yorker flavors: grilled oysters with Ättika, the Swedish white vinegar

Preparation

Take the oysters and put them on the grill.

Let them grill just 2 - 3 minutes, than put on the plate.

Add a sprinkle of white vinegar (Ättika, in Swedish) and then serve.
