A new video has been released of Albert and Ferran Adria's 41º Venue in Barcelona.

Known for serving a mammoth tasting course that's paired with cocktails and for incorporating the same sort of style of cooking that made elBulli so popular, 41º and the ajoining Tickets restaurant have become one of the hottest places in the Costa Brava.

The restaurant features Frosted Rain, a multi sensory sculpture containing over 20,000 crystals that was made by the artist Javier Milara.

The food looks experimental, fun, tasty and lavishly presented - exactly what you might expect from the Adria Brothers.
