In the Andreas Larsson's wine video lesson we learnt what never to do with wine: so let's recap on the four important rules needed to act like a professional sommelier, even if we are at home.
1) Serving temperature
Never serve red wines warmer than 18°C or whites colder than 12°C
2) Glass shape
Don't use a glass that's too wide at the top
3) Glass filling
Never fill the glass all the way: fill at one third maximum, to give the wine the room to develop aromaticly
4) Holding the glass
Don't hold the glass by the middle, always by the stem
