Not many recipes can be served for both breakfast and dessert. But these sour cream pancakes make a wonderful morning surprise or a nice ending to a meal.
Adding sour cream to your pancake batter results in tender and moist pancakes. Serve them with plum jam and whipped cream and your guests won't be able to eat just one. The best part about these sour cream pancakes? They are cooked in butter, making them even more delicious.
These sour cream pancakes would make a great addition to brunch, especially when paired with wild strawberries with chantilly cream or an Arcimboldo fruit and flower aspic.
