Make your own Chinese fried rice at home with this easy recipe. With very little ingredients, you can have this popular Chinese dish on the table in minutes.
To make this fried rice you'll need Chinese staples like sesame and peanut oils. This particular recipe is flavoured with scallions and egg, making it very easy to prepare. For the optimal fried rice, use leftover rice. It's sturdier than fresh rice and works well at high temperatures and develops a nice 'crust' when you fry it.
