Japan is known for its aesthetics and amazing cuisine which is full of umami thanks to ingredients like dashi and sake.
That's why we were pleased to find a fine example of Japanese architecture in none other than a fruit market. You'll notice an exterior made of hay stacks and a spacious wooden interior.
The cool fruit market is adjacent to a hotel with 15 rooms located in Kochi Prefecture. It is the work of Kengo Kuma and Associates.
